This notice explains how All Out Social Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal information when you claim an offer or guide through this website, and — importantly — how and with whom we share it. Please read section 5 (sharing) carefully, because sharing your details with selected partners is part of how this free service works.
Who we are. All Out Social Limited (company number 12218158) is the data controller for the information you provide here. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZB551276. You can contact us about your data at will@allout-social.com or by post at 190 Newton Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, England, NE7 7HQ.
When you complete our form, we collect: - Your title, first name and last name - Your email address - Your postal address, town and postcode - Your mobile telephone number - Your date of birth - Information you give us about your interests and circumstances (for example, whether you own your home, and which topics you'd like help with) - Your choices about which partner offers you'd like to receive, and whether you want marketing from us by email and/or text - Technical information created when you submit the form: the date and time, your IP address, and the web page you submitted from (we keep this as a record of the consent you gave)
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| To send you the free guide/pack you requested | Performing the service you asked for (contract / legitimate interests) |
| To contact you about that guide/pack | The consent you give when you submit the form |
| To pass your details to the specific partners you select, so they can contact you | Your consent — given per partner, by ticking that partner's box |
| To send you our own offers, guides and prize draws by email/text | Your consent — given by ticking our marketing boxes |
| To keep a record that your consent was valid | Legitimate interests / legal obligation |
| To screen telephone numbers against the Telephone Preference Service before sharing | Legal obligation / legitimate interests |
You are never required to accept any partner offer or any marketing to receive your free guide. "Continue with no offers" is always available.
We use your date of birth to confirm you're eligible for over-50s offers and to make sure the guidance and offers we show you are relevant to your stage of life. We do not use it for any other purpose.
If you tick our email and/or text marketing boxes, we'll send you offers, guides and prize draws relevant to the over-50s. You can withdraw this consent at any time — click "unsubscribe" in any email, reply STOP to any text, or email us. Withdrawing marketing consent won't affect the free guide you claimed.
This is central to how this free service works, so we want to be clear about it.
We only share your details with a partner if you specifically tick that partner's box. Each partner is named on the form. When you tick a named partner's box, you are consenting to us passing your details (the information in section 1, relevant to that partner) to that named partner, so they can contact you about the offer described. Each partner then becomes a data controller of your information and handles it under their own privacy policy.
We may share your details with: - The specific named partners whose boxes you tick - Selected data and marketing partners who buy consented leads, only where you have given the consent that permits this, and only after your telephone number has been screened against the Telephone Preference Service where relevant - Our service providers who help us run this website and process data on our instructions (for example, our lead-management and validation platform), who act as our processors and may not use your data for their own purposes
We do not share your details with anyone you haven't consented to. We do not sell access to people who ticked "no offers" beyond providing the free guide they requested and any marketing they separately opted into.
You can withdraw a partner consent at any time by contacting us, though once a partner holds your details you may also need to contact that partner directly (their details will be in the first message they send you).
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to evidence the consents you gave, and no longer than necessary. As a guide, we hold marketing data while your consent is active and for a reasonable period after, and we keep consent records for as long as we may need to demonstrate compliance. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 8).
Your data is held on secure systems within the UK/EEA where possible. Where any provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data deleted; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent at any time; and data portability. To exercise any of these, email will@allout-social.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to help first.
We may update this notice. The current version and date are shown at the top.
